At The Ritz, our biggest goal is serve our amazingly loyal customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you’ve received a defective or incorrect order, contact our customer service team within 3 business days at firstname.lastname@example.org
Here are our simple rules and procedures for returns and exchanges:
- Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, Items in their original condition, unworn and unwashed will be issued a full refund, minus shipping.
- If your order is from Jane.com and you want an exchange you will be charged $4 return shipping fee. Please include your paypal address on the form and we can send you an invoice.
- All returns must be received within 14 Business days of the date that we ship out your order.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return unless incorrect or damaged.
- Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn.
- Include the return form (click the link below). If your return form is not included, it will slow down your return or exchange and makes our job super difficult. Team work makes the dream work!
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. It usually is much sooner.
*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.
